and sign in with your personal login details.
You may change your password once you are
logged in.
This site also enables you to view your
current and old service requests online and to attach files when you submit
requests.
BY EMAIL
Send an email to support@infovisionafrica.co.za.
In both cases, you will receive an
automated reply email from our helpdesk system, which will assign a Service
Request number and give the status of the request. The initial status will be
NEW, but once it is opened by a support consultant, you will be automatically
notified that its status is OPEN.
